  • You must notify BCN promptly of any material that violates the law, breaches this Agreement, or is incorrect.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property rights related to the Business Connect Nigeria Website belong to BCN or its licensors.

  • You may download and view content for personal use, but modifying or making content public is prohibited.

  • By posting content on the Business Connect Nigeria Website, you grant BCN a license to reproduce, modify, and use the content.

4. Privacy

  • Business Listings can be removed by contacting BCN or using the “Delete Account and Listing” button on the settings page.

  • Accessible Content: All content and similar content on sites linked to by URLs in user-generated content.

  • Business Listing: A business profile in the Database containing information about a profiled business.

  • Database: The national database of Business Profiles accessible to the public via the Business Connect Nigeria Website.

  • Review: A user-generated review or comment related to any Business Profile or associated products and services.
